Pool Table Rugs

So you just finished modeling your basement, added a bar, a jukebox, and a pool table.  Everything looks great but something seems to be missing.  Lots of people get to this stage after finishing up their basements for an entertainment feel.  Most of the time when dealing with a pool table, one simple thing to add some spice to your décor is by adding a rug under it.  I’m not  just talking about generic rugs, I’m talking about pool table rugs.

Pool table rugs come in a wide assortment of colors, shapes, and sizes.  They help add play to the pool table and believe it or not, make a big difference in the look and feel of your pool table and the room that surrounds it.  I’ve seen a lot of finished basements all decked out and what not with everything you could imagine, including a pool table.  But most of the ones I have seen did not have rugs under them at all.  And when suggesting it to the owners of the house, they would just gawk and say to me, “I can’t believe I haven’t thought of that, I knew there was something missing.”

Another good thing about them is if you have a nice finished floor and don’t want the legs of the pool table to scratch it up.  Take my word for it, by just adding one of these under your table, you will notice a huge difference in the design and feel of the room, and if you get the correct one, it will also bring out the colors and beauty that are “hiding” in your table.
